The Western Province being the areas bordered by a line running 23 degrees longitude and 29 degrees latitude areas in the line running north from Stilbaai to the Outeniqua Mountains, along the mountains and south to the Storms River Mouth, includes the towns of Struisbaai, Outeniqua Mountain, River Mouth, Mossel Bay, Groot Brak River, George, Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn, Matjesrivier, Calitzdorp, Heidelberg (C), Riversdale and Gouritsmond. Magisterial District of: Ixopo, Polela, Underberg, Impendhle, Richmond, Pietermaritzburg, Lions River, Estcourt, Bergville, Weenen, Umvoti, New Hanover, Msinga, Kranskop, Nkandhla, Helpmekaar, New Castle, Mooi River, Utrecht, Volksrust, Glencoe, Dundee, Vryheid, Paulpietersburg, Dannhauser, Nqutu, Commondale, Cathedral Peak, Mount Ayliff, The Ranch The whole Orange Free State and adjacent Northern Cape areas bordered by a line 23 degrees longitude and 29 degrees latitude. Birchleigh, Kempton Park, Boksburg, Benoni, Brakpan, Springs, Nigel, Heidelberg, Delmas, Secunda, Bethal, Leslie and all areas South of Heidelberg to the Vaal River and East to the Natal and Swaziland borders. Also all areas South of the road from Pretoria through Witbank, Middelburg, Belfast, Machadodorp, Nelspruit, Komatipoort but not including the towns and districts on the route mentioned. Vereeniging, Sasolburg, Vanderbijlpark, Johannesburg, Germiston, Alberton, Edenvale, Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Roodepoort, Bedfordview, and all areas Westward and South-Westward of Johannesburg not included in the Northern and Eastern Branch areas as mentioned. All areas north of the road from Komatiepoort to Barberton, Nelspruit, Machadadorp, Belfast, Middelburg, Witbank, Bronkhorstspruit, Centurion, Brits, Rustenburg, Marico, and Zeerust, including the towns and the districts mentioned. Musina, Louis Trichardt, Polokwane (Pietersburg), Tzaneen, Phalaborwa, Hoedspruit, Mokopane (Potgieterrus), Mookgopong (Naboomspruit), Modimolle (Nylstroom), Lephalale (Ellisras), Thabazimbi, Bela-bela (Warmbaths)
