The IEASA is a membership organization for estate agents. We are not able to assist with general consumer issues - we have tried to assist with details of where to direct these enquiries below.
IEASA MEMBERS: If you are a member of IEASA please call your regional office with your enquiries and have your membership number on hand.
AGENTS/PRINCIPALS: Membership, training, events and other services, are provided through our regional offices which are all autonomous and have differing fee structures and benefits that are region specific.

CONSUMERS/GENERAL PUBLIC:
The IEASA is a membership organization for estate agents only – we are unable to assist with the following queries:
- All Consumer issues – including complaints against estate agents
- Confirming registered estate agents - available on the EAAB website
- Estate Agents Act and Code of Conduct
- Becoming an estate agent - entry level etc
