What is the IEASA?

The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA), founded in 1937, is a private not-for-profit organisation which protects and furthers the interests of estate agents.  We represent the profession in negotiations with the authorities and other bodies, and encourage the highest level of professionalism in real estate. 

We're affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (in the USA), and have good relations with real estate associations in other countries.

The IEASA is organised into regional institutes, which are co-ordinated by a national office in Cape Town.
