Dear Stakeholders
The Estate Agency Affairs Board is pleased to invite you to attend our 2nd Phase of Annual Roadshows. On behalf of the EAAB Management, we look forward to engaging with you all at the events.
Our invitation advises that the 1st Phase has been completed in George, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, East London and Port Elizabeth and we will commence with the first area, which is Pretoria on 05 June 2012. Kindly note that there is no cost for the workshops.
A link on the Home Page of our website www.eaab.org.za will be created on Monday 14th May for downloading the invitation and the maps/directions to each venue.
All R.S.V.P.’s should be via email and we request that you please provide a telephone number where we can contact you should the need arise.
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking all our stakeholders who have been so frustrated in trying to reach us for the past few weeks. We have experienced tremendous problems with our telephone lines, where it was impossible to get through to our offices and if you were successful, you would then be cut off as the line would go ‘dead’. This was however, being monitored closely by our Acting CFO who has been in contact with the service provider on a daily basis. Hopefully from the feedback that I received from him earlier today, we may have resolved some of the issues as the technicians were at our offices for most of the day. We humbly appreciate your patience in this regard as this has been a huge concern for our Acting CEO, Executives and Board as it was most certainly not what we expected after our recent office move.
Kind regards
Margie Campbell
