To renew your Fidelity Fund Certificate - the EAAB  should send you a renewal notice however, if you don’t receive a notice, you should make enquiries directly with them.  It's your responsibility in terms of the Act to make sure that you renew your registration in time - the due date for renewals of FFC's is 31 October. 

The IEASA cannot assist you with FFC Renewals unless you are a member and are experiencign ongoing problems that you are unable to resolve - in this case make contact with the IEASA Region with which you are a member.
