SIMA @ NAR 10 – 13 November 2006   Article Date :7 Jul 2006 First ever "SIMA 2nd Homes Showcase" in the United States Besides running one of the largest real estate expositions in the world, SIMA , we are also organizing the first ever "SIMA 2nd Homes Showcase" in the United States on November 10-13, 2006 in New Orleans. This "SIMA 2nd Homes Showcase" will be held in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Conference and Expo, where over 25,000 real estate professionals from around the world attend. According to NAR research, nearly 40% of all sales in the US were in second homes. The NAR conference and expo is an excellent place to tap into key professionals who cover US and global real estate market (over 10% of all attendees come from around the world!). The SIMA USA Showcase will have developers from all over the world, including Latin America and Europe. Several developers are already confirmed for this key marketing event and opportunity.
