IEASA membership is open to all estate agents (residential, commercial/industrial, agricultural, property managers, business brokers) who are currently registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. 

Membership is renewable annually.  Members in good standing are entitled (and expected) to use the initials MIEA behind their names and on their stationery, business cards, advertising, etc.

IEASA members are bound by the IEASA Code of Ethical Standards, in addition to the government's Code of Conduct which applies to all estate agents.

Membership is regional, not national, and each region has its own scale of membership fees.
